....hector and crew highly skilled workers install propane tank and leave with the customer saying well done job, fast, hector waves bye .

The way the trailer was bouncing at least one tire was flat.
Good crew, fast, efficient and didn't damage the truck much.

You guys are 100% correct. Why hire intelligent Americans when you can get cheap ILLETAL Wets probably without a drivers license among them?
Those guys tried they put their heart and soul into that delivery.
