About BLM Grazing Fees
The figure I've been given is $1.50-$1.70 per head per month.
In return for which the BLM agrees to maintain fences, water supply and roads. A number here understand why fences and stock tanks MUST be maintained on a regular basis. The BLM is well known for not living up to their part of the deal, with most ranchers doing and paying for the maintenance themselves. Note what the BLM did to the fencing and water supply at the Bundy place to say nothing about their killing of two prize bulls (one took 5 rounds to put down.) So, even at 1,000 head of cattle for 5-6 months a year, even for 20 years, how does that add up to "millions"? BLM like EPA, IRS and even Park service is no friend of the citizen, I just love hearing Park Rangers talking about "My Park: or "My Forrest". Time to put a stop to that too! Regards, ... |

There is plenty of rope, trees and Nazi's. Some assembly may be required.

Even the communist manipulators in the MSM have dropped this narrative about this being over a tortoise ...the MSM knows no one will believe this..its ludicrous and laughable...these communists cocksuckers in our government (Reid and his scumbag son) want to bankrupt this rancher and take away his ranch...the parcel of land that HE OWNS that his house sits on that is adjacent to these thousands of acres of BLM land for the water resources his ranch has.
There is no other logical explanation for this criminal governments actions that we just witnessed.

I haven't typed out all the BLM range management horror stories I have witnessed or heard first hand from ranchers, mainly because I don't have time to write a book.
My brother-in-law's family ranch - BLM threatened to fine his grandpa for plowing under mesquite saplings along the Gila River to keep it from turning into a jungle. Said they'd take away his grazing rights because he was "farming". It only took 10 years for it to turn into an inpenetrable jungle. My other brother-in-laws father - Swindled out of his grazing allotment by corrupt BLM managers. It was given to a competing rancher. A rancher I knew thought he was getting over on the government. He made a deal with the devil - he "donated" his ranch (the Empire Ranch) to the BLM in exchange for him and his heirs to run cattle in perpetuity. BLM took possession and put so many restrictions on how many cows and where they can range, that it effectively put him out of business. He thought he was getting over on the tax man by not having to pay inheritance taxes on the huge ranch.

I know a few BLM horror stories also, just don't have the time to drag them from my limited memory 'soft' drive. Relating them would just piss me off more.

2 bulls! Dang, that is a chunk of change.
Time to sue them for costs, not that he'll get anything, but dang, that hurts. And even if he had em insured, I bet the agency would say that killing by gov goons doesn't get covered.
