Spicy brown is what would go on a natural casing frank for me. Most times I try making bootleg Chimpcongo dogs so the Plochman's isthe way to go. Plochman's on chili dogs too!

I never liked honey mustard. The wife picked it up by mistake & it went out of date. Creole mustard makes it into my fridge on occasions.
