It don't wok no mo. Non stick and now it stick. Hell you can spend half a day cooking Chinese food. Its not the cooking its the damn prep and all that goes in it.
I started making pork and shrimp fried rice whoop mistake. Two hours later I woke up on the living room recliner and the food was still on the damn stove.
I am going to let the Chinese restaurant do it from now on.

You don't ned a wok to do fried rice. Seen it made on a flat top griddle & I make mine in a skillet.
