Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Those are best for serving Eggs Benedict.
Because everyone knows there's no plate like chrome for the hollandaise.

You can always get a roofer's blow torch and rig it up on the bottom.

An outdoor burner like those used to fry turkeys & do crab boils could possibly work if the jets were opened up.

I have one I got at World Market.

Carbon steel, not too big, and not too small.

As for cooking with it hot enough, I have a gas stove and use the big, fast-boil burner for it.

It's been snowing all day, so I dug out the electric grill and made chicken satay with peanut sauce, and Korean BBQ beef. Ran into Konstantin as I was coming out of the store.

I was going to make some Thai green curry with beef using this recipe: green curry, but it was getting late and my wife wanted her kitchen back so she could make some cookies. Guess I'll have it later this week.

Funny thing is, none of those dishes were wok dishes.
