.22 caliber shotgun
Anyone ever seen the Remington smoothbore shotgun in 22 caliber? Looks like a 22 long rifle.

I think Henry is making one, also.
Supposed to be a garden pest killer. To me, it is the answer to the question nobody asked.

A 22 caliber shotgun......if you had rodent, armadillo, or snake population to thin down...seems like a good item to have...

Winchester made a .22 cal smoothbore pump action Gallery Gun. So did Remington I believe.
They used them at carnivals and fairs because they weren't as accurate as a rifled gun.

called a moskeet gun. I ran a small bore range in a boy scout camp in 1964. Shot rifles but in the evening we would pull out the smooth bore Remington .22s and clamp a small clay bird thrower to a picnic table and shoot miniature trap. Boys loved it. The clays were about an inch and a half wide. I haven't seen one in years.

If I did see one and it was fit to shoot and didn't cost an arm and a leg, I'd get it.

I have a box of those little clays in one of my closets. They came with an air rifle target system. I think it was made by Daisy or Crosman.

I think that it was Crossman that had an air powered shotgun.
