Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Arrow GSG STG-44 range report

Took the ATI .22lr. STG-44 to the range for the first time, i ran 400 rounds of Winchester wildcat, Federal high velocity HP, CCI Velocitor and some loose rounds that have been rolling around the bottom of my range bag for at least 6 years

The rifle fed everything i gave it......These rifles all seem to exhibit a problem with shooting too low and this was my experience at 25 and 50 yards....When i aimed at the head of the FBI style silhouette target i was shooting at 25 yards i would be impacting approx 5" low with the rear sight cranked up to its highest position.....Im going to try and fix this by raising the rear sight base...but for today i simply used kentucky windage.

It groups rather well and i shoot this gun pretty well because i like the sights which are a very sharp pointed front sight with an AK rear leaf type sight.

The rifle is heavy (over 9 lbs) and the magazine is so long it is the preverbal donkey dick Pogo likes to compare the M14 vs M1 to.

I had to shoot the gun with the magazine touching the concrete shooting bench because the magazine length made resting the forearm on the range's sandbag shooting rest impossible.

I spend about 3-4 hours shooting it both from the bench and standing.....the weather was beautiful and the range had about 30 other shooters.

All in all i really like this toy of a gun and for only $320 bucks i would recommend it.

Looks like fun! I have a buddy who has one of the first GSG HK-MP5 clones - you know, the ones that looked like MP5's until HK sued for patent infringement. He never has any trouble with it, either. So, it looks like GSG makes some decent firearms.

I know what you mean about rounds rolling around in the range bag. I finally emptied all mine out into a ziplock bag and went out and shot them all up in my Henry lever action. Not a single round failed to fire.

I should pull out the Mitchell Arms AK .22 and see if it works. It was given to me, and I've never shot it. Made in Italy, and there are no extra mags available anywhere for it, but at least I have two.
