Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Fantastic.

What we lack in stone we make up for in greenery. Some of our man made water holes have so much housing it rapes the nature part of being on the water. Many smaller impoundments are all nature, I'll get some bank shots when the Fall colors come on. Different but equally enjoyable.

That is killer!

edit: nice boat too, that third career cat? looked like dinner. Can't eat much here, even then not often for PCB sake. Edible fish out there?

Joehaduff, I was too for 30 years till I fell off a swim platform on a cruiser when we were winterizing it and landed on the outdrive on my back,,,Fucked Myself Up But Good!!! Fractured a vertibre in my neck, broke my sholder blae in a dandy y shape pattern and busted 4 ribs, also crushed 5 nerves in my neck shoulder and elbow,,,I'm retired now,,but you'd couldn't have guessed, right?? lol:

Filthy Bilges suck to work in , and some boats we'd turn away if they were to bad and just refused to work on them till they were cleaned up.

I'd had several different size boats over the years with a Sea Ray 30' Sundancer being the largest, my last bigger one was a 1 year old 268 Sea Ray salvage job I bought and redid and I dropped a 738 SC in that one with a SS drive,,the only 65mph+ 268 I ever saw!!! That mother ate me outa house and home though, and I only kept it for 1 summer and sold it off. Made a bundle on it too, I initially bought it for 2 K from the insurance company and dumped 35 into it. Some newby ran it over a reef and sunk it in 5 feet of water in late fall and the insurance Co didn't get to inspecting it or even winterizing it or any other nessicarry repairs to anything else till the end of December, by that time the motor was frozen and cracked and everything inside was moldy which all eventually all had to be replaced. That's why so cheap to me. They just didn't want to transport it to NC after all that damage and basically sold it to me for the storage bill.

I'm down to a 16' Duranautique now and have just as much fun in that boat fishing as any I've had before probably,,and I use it 3 times as much as any bigger boat I ever had besides,,and for very little $$$.

And for those that have had bigger boats,,or any,,,, for years,,,
we can all tell ya,,,

BOAT,,

just stands for "break out another thousand",,,

ain't it the truth!!!

Yep, boats are a hole in the water that you pour money into.
