You are fooling your self if you think e coli can't happen where you buy your meat! Most e coli outlets come from when the animal is slaughtered & gutted.

I get my beef from my SIL, he raises it
and he processes in his own shop himself and he only does it for himself...and he will never take any money from me... But I did buy him a new grinder last year for Christmas... |
