Looks good!
I got nothing on my fruit trees this year. That last late frost wiped out my apples, peaches, and plums. The cherry trees didn't even bother to try.

I had a bumper crop of apricots. Only one person came by to take advantage of them.
The wife's hair dresser. He offer, she would repay with some preservers. Well, maybe I should have contacted some of the other neighbors, I suppose. |

My cousin gave me a jar of preserves he made from his tree. He said his pears did real well, too, but I haven't benefited from his bounty, yet. Little does he know, he is going to be buried in broccoli soon. |

Two of my three trees are done, apricots and pits all over the ground, under them.
One of the OLD trees was interesting me, the South side is still loaded. When I got back from town I drove over to it, now I know why. There were so many apricots that they dragged the branches down and broke a bunch of branches. The lower branches are touching the ground and and those above the lower are also broken and just laying against those lower ones. Dang, what a mess, almost the entire lower have of that tree is all broken down. There's going to be some pruning needed. But, a heck of a lot of those apricots are still ripening, real small but I think I'm going to have the runs later. Dang, did I pig out, must have eaten 20 of them, I hope I quit soon enough. Although, good bowel movements are almost as good as sex. |

Used to have pear pies when I was a kid, only difference was the pie was made from dried pears. Don't know exactly how they were made, but they were sure good. You knew what was coming when that hot pie smell was in the air, just like with hot apple pie, or peach pie. Yum, they were all good!

There is a pear tree down the street that's loaded too. First year to actually get some rain in a while. Pomelos are showing big fruit as well.
