I could really use some of that Arizona weather right now.
Shortest day barely got above freezing this afternoon. Even lower temps are in the forecast. |

14 miles on a sand trail is a good workout. I've done a lot father than that on paved trails but that's a lot easier than sand.
Keep doing that buzz and you are going to have some big calves.

Did another bike ride today......Rode out a little farther this time.....It was a nice sunny day about 60 degrees....I took some videos but im having a hard time downloading them to tinypic from my phone.....this time i brought a different pistol and 200 rounds to do some serious shooting but targets were in short supply.......Those 350$$ Italian colt clones are very much fun for very little money......the only problem with this one is the jackass who owned it before me cut the front sight down and the gun shoot about 14" high. |

Rugged , beautiful and unforgiving terrain.
14 miles is a good roll Nice looking heater and I like that holster a lot. Well done. MERC

Saw what i thought was a rock turned out to be a old fuel can......probably left there by shooters in the 1960's or before. I shot about 200 rounds and i really like the 7 1/2" barrel better than the others.........my 5 1/2" SAA clone shoots 14" high....do any of you expert handloaders know of how i can remedy this?.....lighter bullet?, lighter powder charge??........besides welding building the front sight up. |

Build a Teepee cap and just super glue it over the existing sight.
I've used Locktite GO2 for stuff like that. |
