What do I have to do to keep ATF happy since I've moved and what about the online stores that already have my FFL with my old address on it?

When you get you new license send the vendors a copy.

Can you also get it extended another 3 years or do you have to do that separately?

I believe that you do that separately when you renew the license. Call this #1-866-662-2750 and axe them.

That happens at the end of your current three years. No need to try and do it with an address change.
