They can as long as it is 1898 or older. I have seen a few Lebels up for sale in the past few years.

Good luck finding ammo for it!
The last .577/.450 I bought, was more expensive than .50 BMG I bought the reforming, and reloading dies several years ago. Haven't been able to find the .577 basic brass to use for reforming.

20gauge brass shotshell casing can be cut and resized for Martini-Henry use. I've got the stuff to do it. Just haven't had the time.
