I Love Sunrise Services!!!
It's truly a beautiful Resurrection Morning. No sun yet, but I was awaken by a beautiful symphony of nature. I just love to hear the birds sing.
 I'll see you all later. I'm off to Church.

Our former pastor did extensive missionary work in Romania, and would often talk about the local customs of the Christians there. One of their customs that he brought to our church was the Easter greeting that the Romanians would greet each other with. One would declare.. "He is risen!", and the reply from the other was..."He is risen indeed!!". I think he even taught it to us in the Romanian tongue, but I've long forgotten it..:brows
So..next time you're working on your Romy...remember that little phrase...because...it's not something that we should remember only on Easter. It is something that should be in our daily....hourly..no..even constant remembrance. He is risen!! |
