Spinz need help with Mozilla Firefox's Thunderbird email: It wont send my emails

When I try and send email, now I get this box:

I tried to search for help and looked around in options/ settings

Its Mozilla Firefox's email called Thunderbird

all the sudden it wont send my emails and I get that damn pop-up

It is a verizon problem..... Not Thunderbird or Firefox. With all the sheeples staying home they are all using phones and computers too much.

I dont have verizon. Its just my old email address that I kept. The popups are from mozilla firefox

JD...try going through these troubleshooting steps:

Alternatively, you say this is a legacy email acct., that you no longer have a verizon acct., are you still receiving emails from that email? Is it possible that verizon cancelled the email acct.?

Yes I still receive email. Have been using it for years
I verified everything in you support link above. all is correct

Maybe this: (I think thunderbird just got update recently)

Years ago I used Thunderbird email. Then it started getting flaky. It would work for a while, then it didn't work.

I switched to gmail. Never send sensitive info using any email carrier. I don't trust any of them.

Ok I turned my anti virus off for thunderbird and my outgoing (send) mail still doesnt work

This sucks

Seems when this happened before I had to change the port #... it is 465 now

Change to Gmail and forget Thunderbird. I did that several years ago and I'm glad I did.
