What makes YOU have faith (or not)? - Page 2

I look at the price those blokes paid & I look at compromised churches that do deals with the devil & call good evil & evil good & I wonder what these dear martyrs would think.

One day, those of us who are Christian will have to look into their eyes & wonder if what we lived for was worth them dieing for.

This is one reason why I dont back down on things that matter.

amen! sometimes we overlook the simple things, but truly, faith is bestowed on us only through His Grace. reminds me of the passage where Christ says "There are those who have seen yet not believed. You have not seen, yet you have believed. Your faith has saved you." (i'm sure i got the quotation not quite right)

Life makes me have faith.......... For a long time I was a skeptic but I started to lean towards god after the simple thought that if there is evil in tis world then there has to be good . Also the fact that as a medic I have seen people that should have been dead in a car wreck just walk away.......Also have seen two patients with the same conditions one live and one not .......I really had to think it through but I now say to myself a lot what would the boss want me to do..........
