So what does one do?
When it makes you sick to go to work the next day? I can't sleep the night before(been up all night again) and I feel real dizzy while there.
I know it's a sign to quit working there, but I can't get a job doing anything else right now. I am completley burned out on being a nurses assistant. I'm not even sure I can get thru the day the way i'm feeling now. This is so friggin frustrating t's driving me nuts sorry not really sure what's wrong with me. |

Klauss, sometimes we all need a change of pace. And I can relate to what you are talking about because you and Angel do the same kind of work. She too was experiencing a burnout being a CNA. And she had the same symptons you mentioned.
But she switched shifts and started working with new people and it has made a huge difference. Maybe a shift change would work for you while you try to figure out what direction you are going.

Klauss, what part of the country are you in? If you happen to be in Appalachia, there are sever fedeerally funded job training programs that will train you in a new job and pay you while you attend.
