Universal conscription at the US/Mexico border might be a solution; put the US Army in charge of turning the border jumpers into 'soldiers' by first sending them to a training camp in N. Africa for three weeks basic training before deployment against the islamics with single shot rifles and grenades...and to be fair, take the women too...let their kids stay in Mexico. (There, problem solved).
