Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Looks like work, to me.

I shouldn't talk. I moved a couple trailer loads from my father-in-law's place last year. But I had to fill up a wheelbarrow, then run it down the side of the house and up into my trailer. When the trailer was sufficiently squatted (a 10 ft. tandem axle), I called it a load and took it home and unloaded it all by hand in my driveway. Even though I lined the trailer with a tarp, it still had to be mostly empty before I could pull it out, dragging as much gravel as I could with it. Yeah, it was gravel, not cinders.

I told my wife it probably would have cost less money and time to have that much gravel delivered and dumped in the driveway, instead of making the 100 mile round trip in a pickup that gets 10 mpg unloaded, and 7mpg loaded.

Using that as mulch I suppose, we got red stone quarries around here, years back they charged out of area companies twice the price for the red tipple stone but locals just the regular stone price. Then they figured if it’s 3/8’s sized they can charge anybody twice the price since it for landscape purposes, the state roads projects don’t allow it to used in asphalt since it’s not as tough to breaking down.

It's an old truck anyway. And I have a bed liner to keep the rocks from scratching the bed.

Out here, those are called red cinders. Rocks are much more dense and heavy. Cinders also come in black color.

I remember that shit - must've been a '70s thing, as the house I grew up in had that crap instead of mulch around the landscaping. Unless it's fill, I wouldn't want any of those.

Depends on if you are tight packing...or loose packing.
