RIP Rew. He was a good man. I spoke with him on the phone a few times in the old days and he gave me words of encouragement in tough times.

Damn. I take off for a while to go on vacation to see my folks, and come back to this. I had a few dealings with Rew through here and he always struck me as a very genuine and humble man. I thoroughly enjoyed the times I talked with him.

This is the only picture I have of Rew. I took it with my crappy cell phone at Twin Peaks in Albuquerque. He stopped for the night on his way down to the Border for a security gig I got for him.
He came back with some pretty good stories, too.
