Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

He should have had a strap on his glasses. My buddy lost a pair when he was going down some rapids and went upside down.

When I go out in water with large waves I take my 18 foot wooden sea kayak. I've had it out on Lake Superior, Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic.

Hey, they had fun.

I lost a set of trifocals, progressive, transitioning ++$ when I flipped a small sailboat south of the border once, told the monkey on the shore side he could make $20 USD if he found them but he never did. Oh well.

There are a lot of forks on that creek and it is very curvy. That is why the creek is so wild when there is a lot of water run off.

I took the lead going out and I asked my granddaughter and her friend if they could find our way back. There were sure they knew the way back. After about an hour of going into channels that ended in only small unnavigable streams they said they were lost.

I told them to come to a complete stop. After they stopped I told them to look at the water. They did and my granddaughter said "so what?" I said "which way is the water slowly moving". She said "that way".

I said "that's your answer". "We went upstream when we took off so all you have to do is follow the water". It is easier to see when the water is moving fast. But when it is moving slow you have to pay close attention. And you have to look at the water below the surface. The wind could be blowing the surface in the opposite direction.

That last picture is when they knew they were lost.
