ORACLE vs SAINT ??
Does anyone own a SA Saint? Can I ask how good they are? I just outfitted myself and two grandsons with 3 ORACLEs for a little more than the MSRP of a single Springfield Saint. We took them out 11/11 after services and set them up. We ran 3 30 round mags through each, (not a hiccup) then I did 600yd headshots with all three using 62gr 5.56 Federal.
I can't imagine any better performance, so is their fit and finish so superior as to demand such a premium price? Just wondering if I missed out on something special. Thanks. cerberus |

I have an Oracle and I love it! Reasonably priced, dependable, all kinds of accessories available for any customization/personalization you may want to do with it.
Myself? I have a pair of BUIS and a Red Dot sight on it. That's it. Oh, I did add a single point sling mount on the back of the lower receiver (I forget what that part is called). |

Over hyped and over priced like a lot of SA products these days.
The DPMS will do for most users casual shooting, hunting etc. The barrels tend to shoot very well for stock guns. |

I was shooting next to a guy with a saint at the range.. half of his time there he spent trying to remove a jammed casing. I say the Oracle is a better bet if you had no hiccups.
