My skillet lid arrived
Expensive, but I'm sure it's worth it. It will sure be better than the pizza pan or cookie sheet I've been using.

I cook my fried chicken in my cast iron skillet with lid just like that one. I like to think that it gives a "pressure frying" effect, sort of like how Kentucky Fried is cooked.
