I just made myself sick on them. Never made them before, so overindulged.
I made mine with some Tony's Cajun Seasoning salt for spices. Then, after the tomatoes were done, I added some of the buttermilk to the flour/corn meal mixture and made hush puppies.. Then I used the rest of the buttermilk as a dipping sauce.

I still like buttermilk, I occasionally buy a quart and drink most of it on the way home.
