I've been eating healthy for so long that whenever I try those frozen or boxed foods, they always taste like chemicals to me. My wife is always getting coupons for free products to try, so I get to sample a lot of those.

One of my favorite boxed rice dinners are the Zatarain's products. But those aren't frozen.

I am beginning to like the veggie pouches that you nuke for a little bit and they steam themselves done. Not incredible healthy but for me it's a start. Asian stir fry one is pretty good.
