I like that. I have a takedown but that Charger is pretty awesome, even without the binary trigger.
I'll just have to be happy with the 9" AR .22 for now though.

Local guy got shot with an AR
with a binary...the guy handling the rifle pulled off one shot and was holding the trigger back while he was moving to another shooting bench...he should have put it on safe ...he forgot and released the trigger... Guns are Bad |

It seems the 1934 NFA is largely irrelevant.
A Brace deals with barrel length limitations. A binary trigger deals with full auto limitations.
