Returning a Mag to a major manufacture.
O.K. don't want to name names, cause their taking good care of me.
Now kind of not inexpensive mags in quantity, just mid $40 each with shipping and handling. Adds up when yah buy a few dozen. So like a mo-ron I drop one of the springs in the damn canal, like 15 feet of water, gone. Damn. Call the H.Q. company. "Need help, need a spring please, just a spring." -We cannot send you a spring. If you get the spring, you are not a gunsmith. You put it in wrong and get hurt, were liable. You can sue the piss out of us. - O.K. so I cannot buy one, what can we do here??? -Mail the mag too me, here is my code number and I will replace it with a brand new mag. Point being here. My God everyone is getting law suit conscious. Damn a simple spring installation? Now they were super super nice and willing to replace the whole dang mag, no questions asked. But I was not putting that spring in.????? I found this interesting in today's law suit world.

The more I think about it
'Ole Billy was right Lets kill all the lawyers Kill 'em tonight... At least they are taking care of you, but damn, it's just a magazine! Do they take them apart to clean them for you too? Most of the companies I have dealt with lately will sell you almost every part in the gun, as long as headspace or timing or serialization are not at issue.

That sounds more like a Canadian or euro company.
