Default Grilled Cornish hens
Gonna slow-grill some Cornish hens that have been steeping in Mojo marinade overnight. Breast up, feet toward the coals and lightly dusted w herbs. Wife will be in charge of the side dish........who knows? I'm also doing the beer drinking while grilling.

The slower the the hen grilling the longer the beer drinking. Wish I was at your place today especially around dinner time.
