Did you say a 330 pound magnet? Not a 30 pound magnet

Edited: I get it - it lifts 330 lb but does not weigh 330 lbs.

Big old tree comes down in a wind storm on one of the side roads here. I drive by people passing it paying no heed. Retired gentleman in town travels with his metal detector pretty much around the country.
He stops and picks around the upturned roots. Well hells bells a confederate civil war buckle, civil war bullets and all kinds of odds and ends from that time period.
Tree was near an old fort on the river here and the troops must have sat under it for some shade. Pogo took some picts. of the old fort site near where this tree went down.
Next time I am locking the brakes.

I would find a dead nigrah(probably one of many local murder victims whose carcasses were dumped in our lakes) with a steel plate in his head.
