Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Broke my scope

My Millet DMS-1 lasted about 250 rounds on the M1A before it took a dump. There is play in the magnification adjustment ring, and the reticle jumps all over the place.

So I'm going to contact Millet to see if I can get it fixed, hopefully sell it and move on to something better.

Such a shame, I really liked that scope.

I'm going to go with the SWFA Super Sniper 6x fixed power scope. Only 2 ounces more than the DMS-1, and it's pretty much bullet proof.

Use Irons on the AR, I am however going to build a new one. I'll look into the Millet for a scope. Going to be in 5.56 - just because I had a spare barrel for that caliber

I'm pretty sure that Millet has a lifetime warranty if it's the real thing. Send it in and have it repaired.

SWFA Super Sniper - lifetime warranty. Same with Leupold and most of your better optic manufacturers.

There is a danger of buying Rifle Scopes, Camera Lens, or any opticis on ebay. Many of the optic items offered on ebay are counterfeit. When the purchaser receives the item, it will be in an official looking box with official looking instructions and certificates.

And on the outside the item will look pretty much identical to the real thing. But the innards are the same as the innards of a $10 knockoff that you can buy at Walmart.

This is one item it pays to buy from an authorized dealer, or at least a dealer you know personally.

For an AR-15 there is only the ACOG. It has been combat tested and has sent thousands of rag heads to their rewards. All the Grunts and Marines swear by them. Fuck kommie made junk. Buy American. The life you save may be your own.
