Read this pile of shit from the ATF concerning their planned changes to what constitutes a firearm.

It's a dick up the ass to every home builder of personal firearms. Parts kits soon to be no different from a complete firearm requiring an FFL to purchase.

That is the new homo in charge of the ATF planning this crap I would venture a guess? They primarily want those 80% receivers to be gone.
Wanting and getting could be a stretch of their wishful thinking. A block of aluminum a 3D machine and crank it out. How the hell they going to stop that?
Parts kits? So if one needs a barrel or a trigger their going to have paperwork and forms? Their going to have to hire a few million more ATF agents to keep track of that. Good luck.

Well have to see how this new B.S. goes I guess. HR 127 is stuck in committee as it is so full of wishful thinking illegalities even the anti gun politicians are saying you can't do dat that's illegal.
Their trying that damned 2nd amendment keeps getting in their way.

It reads like they want to designate individual components as a firearm needing a form and background check to purchase. They would have to have everything on a gun serial numbered to do that. Fucking unelected bureaucrats doing the bidding of the commiecrats.

Then there's the whole excise tax part. Money grubbing bitches.

You can still comment on these things on the ATF website. If you are worried they'll put you on a "list", you are probably already on one. Besides, if you aren't on a government "watchlist" by now, you should be ashamed of yourself.

From what I read elsewhere, they don't even read the comments, but provide weight to them based on how many bytes of comments they get on a subject.
