Any Straight Razor folks?
I've got 2 decent ones and a vintage honing stone.
Looking for $150 out of the trio. 2 blades, 1 stone all have mis-matched boxes Interest? Just PM for pics/details I think my price is fair but negotiable. It's the number I'll throw at local ads. Family pieces I'll never use, I'd like to see them get a good home. Nice knives, the honing stone as well. |

One of my kids gave me a brand new strop for my birthday, one year.
But I don't have a razor for it. All I have is a Dovro replaceable blade straight razor. Been using an old-fashioned safety razor, lately. With blades at around $10/100 it only makes sense. The deal above is a fair deal, if you are looking for a good straight razor.

Kept a few packets of blades in the same jar, with the razor. |

Big magnet, inside a bucket. One house had about four feet of those blades. The bottom half was one solid chunk of rust. |

I shave but not with bloody weapons, lest we include the cheapest disposable Banzai Bic. All I need these days. Just thought I'd check in here first.
I compared ALOT on Ebay and antique/vintage sites. Also ran across a lot of creepy "man " forums dedicated to the beard and accessories. Woo boyee. Um, not signing on to any of those. Not to say it's wrong or gay. Just creeps me out when dudes share facial hair bizness to an extreme. Not in that deep, one quick slice and I've got a generic goatee. Funny I should mention creepy with a 6" ponytail growing beneath my chin...LOL! Some girls...like it. Those that don't fear the brush! As explained: 'It's not so much a fashion statement, but a tool". As I wiggled it at her: "Wanna sniff?" It would be so much more acceptable with a V bike. I don't do ink or piercings but I did get turned on to "Viking" beard jewelry. I like it. My birthday is coming, I'll splurge on a piece of rolled silver. That and a new Swiss pruner will mark the half century "happy". |

I've used those cheap Bic razors since the seventies. Work fine for me.
