No sir, it's not real, no freaking way an airliner will recover from inverted flight that close to the ground while heavy and dirty, I think the last guy who did that crashed (Alaska Airlines Flight 261), he had a vertical stabilizer problem and somehow got inverted while on approach, everybody died if I remember correctly.
