Texas switchblade laws do not allow for “dagger, including but not limited to dirk, stilletto and poniard." IIRC the blade has to be under 3 inches too.
Now that's if you get caught carrying it. I've been buying various switchblades for 20 years, long before they were legal here in Texas. Most of what I own are not legal to carry under the new law. That said BladeHQ was a souce for many of what I own. They never once questioned what I bought. |

Some of my CRKT flipper knives have blade locks that must be released to close.
