Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Because I asked of others I will now show mine

Got the basic conversion of my second Saiga 12 finished.

top one is my newest, Buttstock and pistol grip came from Mississippiautoarms.com, trigger group is a Tromix modified I got from Carolina shooters supply, and the triggerguard and Choke tube adapter I got from Cobra762 off the Saiga12 website.

Bottom one is my original, buttstock and pg are off of a friends AK74, Triggerguard is reworked from the one that came on it. Triggergroup is one that was laying around at the time. The biggest addition to it is the MD20 Drum. I've only shot bird shot though it but it makes mowing the grass on my dirt pile shooting range a piece of cake.

I have shotguns. But none that look like that. Those would be good for groundhog hunting.

one of the reasons why I went with the Mississippi Auto Arms stock. Theirs is made out of aluminum instead of plastic. I would prefer one made out of steel but I haven't found anyone making one like that.

I have heard ALOT of that happening... with TROMIX. And I have come to avoid most of their product just simply in defiance of the "brand boasting" issue... if Tromix has the "fan support"? I'll do it with someone's else's product, for less money, and generally better quality. The Ace skeleton stocks have worked well for me; never had an issue (other than priced significantly higher than what I prefer. But then... I would "prefer" that firearms came with a lifetime supply of free ammo, so I guess that ain't realistic... )

I wouldn't mind getting a Saiga 12 ga. someday.

The 20 round drum would come in handy pheasant hunting. Just kidding.

Some of the quail coveys around here, that 20 round mag would still be shy.
Just in the last couple of days I've jumped coveys of near a hundred.

That's great they're doing well for you there. Here in Florida, the numbers have dwindled to the point, that I don't hunt them any longer. When I was a kid, I would see 30-40 in a covey at least every time I went hunting (not quail hunting, but just toting a gun through the woods as a kid). Now it might be months before I see any at all, and when I do there might be 10-12. Some say fireants are doing it, some say coyotes. I think it might be a little (or a lot) of both. Any way, it's not looking good for the quail population.

You do realize them would be even better if you were able to register them as Short Barreled Shot guns.
