Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

avionics is a great program to get into, lots of work after military, easier and cleaner work, but more meticulous.

She made a wise choice.

I did all I could to raise my boy to be a good man. Wasn't sure he'd go the right direction after he graduated high school. I turned him over to "Big Blue" almost 3 years ago and couldn't be more proud of the man he has become. He will be turning 21 next month and is already married to a great gal, has bought his first house, and has his life planned out for the next 17 years. His job is non deployable and he was told that there is a good chance he could do his full 20 years right where he's at if he wants to.

The Air Force is a great place to be these days.

I tried to talk her into going for Air Controller. But the recruiter told her that there were a lot of people waiting on an opening for an air controller slot.

Sounds like he has his head on right. And yes. I agree, the Air Force is a great place to be. The AF has a lot more useful skills than the Army or Marines.

I meet a guy at his going away party back in 1986. He joined the Air Force on a six year program. Two years of training to be a Mechanic followed by four years servicing F16s etc. He planed to become a civilian employee working for the Military after his tour.

That's a good one but stressful.
