Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

it must work by friction to hold back the hammer since the hammer does not have the F/A lug on it...or the back of the carrier hits the top of the coathanger and releases the disconnector with downward pressure....either way the hanger is soft and will wear out and then the hammer will follow the bolt home like i saw happen in that video.....still a cool idea though....like a shoelace

that video will go viral very quickly.

Interesting but I wonder what is keeping it from getting hammer follow? With full auto doesn't the bolt have to be seated then a millisecond delay and a hammer strike?

1 hanger=10 years in federal clubhouse.

The Dirty Dozens Bunker does not believe in breaking the gun laws and the above is posted for educational purposes only and to promote forum activity. Please do not do this at home as it is illegal and you could be sentenced to up to 10 years in jail.

Yes. THAT setup would at most, disable the disconnector, allowing the hammer to follow the carrier forward. Light Primer strikes....prob. Unsafe. Very unsafe. Could allow "doubling" and out of battery primer ignition. Good way to lose your face, an eye, your fingers...maybe even have Leroy's dick packing your fudge for some years.

More like an "out of battery" fire and you don't want that, now an AK on the other hand will be very difficult to fire out of battery. Don't try that at home.
