Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Big Brother Dept. Of Agriculture Says ALL Food Is “Illegal” Unless Produced In Government Facility

Quote:
There are new developments in the Pennsylvania government’s legal crusade against Amish farmer Amos Miller, who has been under attack for years because he grows, produces and sells food to the public outside the government control matrix.

Attorney Robert Barnes of Barnes Law LLP shared an update on X explaining that, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, all food is “illegal” – just as illegal as “illegal drugs,” by the way – unless it is manufactured in a government-approved facility of the kind managed by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

If a farmer in any way defies this by producing food without government approval, such as is the case with Miller, then said food can be destroyed at will by the government, according to the government.

IIRC FDR had a farmer prosecuted

for grinding wheat, that he had grown,

into flour, for his own use...

Something about doing so denied interstate

commerce...

The biggest case ever, Wickard v Filburn (1942).
That needs to be overturned as the Constitution only allows fedgoob to lord over actual interstate commerce, but they claimed power over everything that affects interstate commerce.
Selling food grown and consumed in one state should be outside their influence, hopefully this farmer pushes that all the way to SCOTUS.
