I"m taking three teenage girls kayaking tomorrow
My granddaughter is graduating this year and she asked me if I'd take her and a couple of her friends kayaking. I loaded up my kayak trailer with 4 kayaks and I'm ready to go bright and early.
Pretty young girls - nice to look at but no touching.

Have fun! I'm sure that they will learn a lot from you IF they listen.
At least you won't have to worry about gators in the water there.

I was going to take another girl but she went to the Indy 500 this past weekend and got a bad sunburn.
The dam was closed downstream and the water was moving very slow. Both of the girls are excellent swimmers so there wasn't any need to wear the vests. My granddaughter is an experienced kayaker. Her friend hadn't been kayaking before but said she really enjoyed it. They are both athletic and ran track together in high school. Kayaking is great fun and I am sure they loved it.
Flipping a kayak over is less fun, but still fun.

Kayaks are very stable. More stable than a canoe. I've never flipped one. I have accidentally took a swim when getting out of a kayak when on a slick inclined bank.

A kid who we let use one of our kayaks flipped it at jordanelle reservoir in 3 foot waves. I told the kid to paddle into the waves, not across the waves. He did not listen, flipped the kayak and lost his glasses. A SeaDoo guy towed the kid and kayak to the shore where we dumped the water and put the kayak right again.
