Cornish Hens with Dolly Parton Stampede Seasoning
This past summer, we went to Pigeon Forge Tennessee and caught the Dolly Parton Stampede show. Long story short, a meal was provided with the show that consisted of potato soup, green beans, stuffing and Cornish hens rubbed with their own brand of seasoning.
We bought a bottle of the rub and have made it a few times since then. My wife surprised me tonight with an all out dinner of everything we had at the Stampede. She absolutely nailed it!!! It was delicious!!! https://dpstampede.com/shop/stampede-chicken-rub
