Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Question 9mm the Best Pistol Defense for Brown Bears...Seriously??

Shot placement is everything.

Old Sam Foster (may he R.I.P.), one of the last professional bear hunters in Southern Arizona, only carried a Ruger Single Six in .22 Mag to kill black bears. He'd go right into their dens and pop them. It wasn't a bear that got Sam, but the cancer.

Did Davy Crockett hunt bears?
King Of The Wild Frontier: Davy Crockett, The Man Who Showed ...
He hunted deer, turkey, wild hogs, and especially bear which he had a particular passion for pursuing. He is recorded as killing over 105 bears in one year and legend has it that at one point, out of ammunition, and desperate to save his hunting dogs, Crockett killed a 600lb bear with a tomahawk and Bowie knife!Nov 29, 2021

9mm is a a bit underpowered for tweakers,,I sure as hell wouldn't trust it to stop a bear unless you waited until he got close enough and put through the roof of his mouth when he growled..but who's waiting that long?
