Jazzed it up a little this time with a finely chopped habanero pepper in it. Used crawfish tail meat instead of shrimp and seafood broth instead of chicken broth.
It had a little bit of sweetness to the bite. I kind of like it. And used welfare rice, since my sister-in-law on food stamps gets staples from the government, but she's too lazy to cook anything from scratch, so she gives it to us.
