You can usually take a caliper and measure which end of the pin is the biggest.

Yes Pogo true thank yah. Now that their removed you can clearly see the taper and hole size. That damn Marine Lee has an eye for that stuff. Hell I was following explicit instructions from all over the internet and all I was doing was tightening the dang thing up.

Yeah point taken Frogman. Guess the real point is don't follow the want to be gunsmiths on You Tube. Real irony is even on the S&W forum they said to beat it the way I was doing it.
Still wonder why S&W would go opposite of all the other brands? Hell even my block removal tool like I posted was set up for left to right removal? Dirty rats tricked me. |
