The guy the cops were trying to get the blood from was a injured innocent victim of a crime. The cops were chasing someone else in a high speed pursuit that crashed into his truck.

The university hospital has changed its policy so that nurses no longer interact with cops. Cops have to go see an administrator who can then order the blood draw. Probably they will put the administrator in a different building so that the cops do not even go to the actual hospital. If cops thought it was hard to get blood before, wait to see how it goes now.

A Utah jury will fry that cop.
