The cynical, suspicious side of me believes that this swamp turd Barr was brought in to make some kind of a deal with Muller that if he found no "collusion" in his "report" and ended it in a timely manner (aka not going on forever) that Trump and Barr would not look into the Clinton foundation,Uranium 1, hold the FBI, DOJ, NSA, CIA coup conspirators accountable or prosecute Muller himself for his role in covering up their crimes.
