Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Netflix has ten movies listed that are Louis L'Amour Westerns Some of my Favorites are the Sacketts with Jack Elam, Gilbert Roland, Tom Selleck, Slim Pickens, Glenn Ford, Sam Elliott, Mercedes McCambridge, Paul Koslo, Gene Evans, Ruth Roman, L.Q. Jones, Pat Buttram, Jeff Osterhage

The Quick and the Dead Cast:
Sam Elliott, Tom Conti, Kate Capshaw, Kenny Morrison, Matt Clark, Patrick Kilpatrick, Jerry Potter, Billy Streater, Del Shores, R.L. Tolbert, Jeffrey Meyer, Kurt D. Lott, Hardy Rawls, Larry Sellers, Bill Stedman

Conagher Cast:
Sam Elliott, Katharine Ross, Barry Corbin, Billy Green Bush, Ken Curtis, Paul Koslo, Gavan O'Herlihy, James Parks, Daniel Quinn, Pepe Serna, Buck Taylor

John Wayne did Hondo which was a L'Amour western

and again Tom and Sam team up for the Shadow Riders Cast:
Tom Selleck, Sam Elliott, Dominique Dunne, Ben Johnson, Scanlon Gail, Geoffrey Lewis, Jeff Osterhage, Gene Evans, Katharine Ross, R.G. Armstrong, Robert B. Craig, Marshall R. Teague

This looks like it might be worth a watch

Shaughnessy: The Iron Marshal
1996NR95 minutes

In the 19th century, an Irish immigrant and champion boxer named Shaughnessy (Matthew Settle) refuses to throw a fight and ends up fleeing New York City for a frontier post in Kansas, where he becomes sheriff. When a murder scandalizes the sleepy town, Shaughnessy must employ his brains and brawn in order to bring the villains to justice. The film, based on the Louis L'Amour novel The Iron Marshal, also stars Linda Kozlowski and Sarah Paulson.

Cast:
Bo Hopkins, Linda Kozlowski, Sarah Paulson, Matthew Settle
Genres:
Action & Adventure, Westerns, Made-for-TV Movies, Crime Action
Format:
DVD

I am sure there are more a person would have to look up if you go to net flix and type in the search box Louis L'Amour it gave me the ten movies but the pop up boxes like when I clicked on the Sacketts gave me Hondo by Wayne and the Shadow Riders so I suspect there are more movies out there as he was a very popular writer.

Some Conagher trivia

Ken Curtis' (Best known as Festus on Gun Smoke) last acting role was as the aging cattle rancher "Seaborn Tay" in the television production Conagher (1991), by western author Louis L'Amour. Sam Elliott starred in the lead role, and Curtis' Gunsmoke costar Buck Taylor (Newly O'Brien) played a bad man in the same film. Buck Taylor's father, Dub Taylor, had a minor role in the film. Taylor joined the Gunsmoke cast in 1967, superseding the previous deputy, Thaddeus "Thad" Greenwood, played by Roger Ewing.

DorGunR, I suggest you subscribe to Netflix. For online videos it costs only $7.99 per month. You just need a smart TV or a DVD player with WIFI connection and you are all set. Watch as many movies as you want for no additional cost.

You can also watch the movies with a smart phone, or on a tablet.

That was a Zane Gray story, not L'Amour.

Yeah, I know about Netflix ..............however, I don't want to subscribe to anything, I'd rather buy something outright than to do that. Thanks just the same.
