Land Navigation with Map and Lensatic Compass
I love land nav / orienteering.
One of the things I collect is maps. I have a huge collection of National Geographic maps (which I know are not topographical maps). Anyway, the site at the link has a bunch of free downloads to teach you land navigation. A lot of them are refreshers for most of us, but you could use them to teach others. When the lights go out, those GPS units won't be so useful as knowing how to read a map. Get a good compass, a protractor and some good topo maps and get after it. http://landnavigation.weebly.com/
