Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Diamondback’s New “Sidekick” Nine-Shooter Combines Old School Looks with New School Features… For Only $320 MSRP!

This is an interesting .22 - looks like a single action, but is a double action with swing out cylinder.

Quote:
There is no more iconic revolver than Colt’s Single Action Army. With its plow handle grip, extended trigger spur, and prominent ejector rod, Colt’s famous gun is probably the most recognizable wheel gun in the world.

Diamondback Firearms took that classic profile and modernized it. The Florida-based company’s recently released Sidekick looks like a Colt, but its features and functionality take cues from more modern roots.

The double-action revolver comes with interchangeable nine-shot cylinders in .22 LR and .22 Mag. that swing out for easier loading than Colt’s one-at-a-time gate system. The Zinc frame, Cerakote finish, and nylon grips also depart from Colt’s original design, but each of these features keeps the MSRP down to a very reasonable $320.

While revolver snobs pucker at Diamondback’s new Frankenstein wheel gun, the rest of us will be enjoying quality range time at a price that won’t break the bank.

Zinc frame, cerarkote finish, cheap grips, fake ejector....interesting, but I think I'll skip it for now at that price. Drop it to below $200 and I'll check it out

I had their pocket 9mm that someone who worked for my son said was a piece of crap, after I replaced the barrel and mags that thing was sweet and accurate, gave it to my BIL when the BLM riots started.

Well, at least they didn't stick an ugly safety lever on it like the Heritage 22s.

It's been nagging at the edge of my subconscious as to why this gun looked familiar to me, and I thought I had seen this design before.

Then it dawned on me that I had a cap gun when I was a kid that had a swing out cylinder and it took a plastic ring of caps. This looks just like that one did. It appears to be made of the same pot metal, too.

I must be a revolver snob. I prefer blued steel to painted pot metal. When it comes to .22LR pistols...I pretty much lean towards the Ruler MkIII. I have one of their bull barrel target models. I sold off my S&W model 41 during a time of need. I REALLY liked that S&W.

That's the ugliest revolver I've ever seen...either double or single action.

If it were priced around $200, I might consider giving it a go, but I wouldn't drop 3 bills on it.

Yep. Too high of a price for a "Saturday Night Special," or a kids intro pistol. If...THAT... is all your budget might afford. Then, any gun is better than none. No?

For me...nope.
