Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

I remember that movie. Robert Mitchum didn't make a bad movie that I remember. He can't sing though.

You're right, good movies but bad singing. I'm not sure, but that is probably the only song he ever did.

That is the movie that Mitchum was sitting at the dinner table and his Mother asked for him to say Grace. He said:

Bless the food
Bless the meat
Gettin' late
Let's eat
Amen

Then his Mother slapped his ass over in his chair.

Know each scene by heart. Probably my all time favorite - except for that ugly Keely Smith.

Osan AFB, Korea has a charity carnival fund raiser every year, military radio station AFKN was broadcasting from there and they would play a song over and over until some unit collected enough money to change it, in 1975 the Osan Air Police Squadron donated the most money and the song they wanted played was Thunder Road .........no other Squadron could collect enough money to stop the AP Sqdn so they played Thunder Road for 24 hours straight.
Needless to say I got more than a little tired of that song.

I was a civilian working in Korea at that time.
