Nice SAIGA-12 Buz ... I was over at my nieces home for supper last night, her husband had just bought a SAIGA-12 just like the one you have. (I like it)
Where did you get the magazine an how many rounds does it hold? Were going to Sunflower tomorrow, he'll be shooting the SAIGA-12 for the first time. Be interesting to see if he runs into the same situation as you with short stroking. (I think I heard him mention he had an assortment of old shells, some probably trap loads he was going to burn up) I did notice the action is stiff as would be expected with a new firearm ... as previously mentioned I figured it would free up considerably after having fired several hundred rounds. Of course if it were mine I would deburr it myself before it was even fired with a file an 400 grit wetpaper on a counter top ... I just don't like the feel of a stiff action. |
